Position: Online Researcher
We are looking for experienced Online Researchers to search and compile pertinent information from databases, web browsers, and social media sites as instructed. In order for candidates to be successful, they must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a high attention to detail, and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute queries as directed on proprietary databases, web browsers, and social media sites
- Analyze data retrieved from each search and select the most pertinent references for inclusion on trademark research reports for delivery to our Client
- Complete trademark research reports or other assignments in a timely manner according to the turnaround schedule promised to the Client or internal deadline
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in a business/customer focused environment
- High proficiency in Internet searching utilizing search engines
- Analytical & problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong evaluative skills, critical thinking, and good judgment
- Ability to focus and proficiently perform indepth work in a timely, efficient manner
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of English grammar required with great Spanish as well
